Sunday, February 3rd:
* Sunday School (9:45 am)- Join Ryan Olmsted (ryan8518@vt.edu) at Wesley to kick-start this semester’s Sunday School lessons.

* Worship at BUMC (11:00 am)- Meet at Wesley at 10:45 am to walk over to Blacksburg United Methodist Church for either their traditional service or Intersections. There is also a traditional service at 8:45 am for those who are interested.
* Wesley Council (3:30 pm)- Everyone is invited to this meeting! The executive committee and committee chairs will be discussing plans for Wesley for the rest of the semester.

* Fellowship Meeting (5:30 pm)- Meet at Wesley at 5:30 if you are interested in becoming involved with the planning of fellowship events for the semester. Fellowship ranges from special events such as going to concerts to hiking to just sitting around playing games or watching movies. If you have an event you’d love to have Wesley go do, we’d love to hear your input! E-mail Nancy (nancy1@vt.edu) if you have any questions or comments.

* Superbowl! (6:00 pm)- Instead of a Crossroads program, we will be having a Superbowl party and chili cook-off! If you would like to bring chili to Wesley or provide snacks for others, please e-mail Nancy to let her know what you plan on bringing.

* Information and Discernment Sheets- Please fill out an information and discernment (I&D) sheet by February 8th to help us get a greater knowledge of everyone’s gifts and strengths in order to work toward fulfilling roles for the Wesley Foundation next year. If you have any questions about what the discernment process is, please talk to Bret (wesfound@vt.edu) or someone on the executive committee. Sheets are available in the lobby on the counter across from Kelly Wiseman’s desk.

* Spring Break- We will be going to Sylvania, Alabama from March 9th-16th! Sign-up on the wall when you enter Wesley. Cost is $125, and the deposit of $50 is due by February 1st to Kelly Wiseman.

* Matthew 25:35 Concert- Come out on Saturday, February 2nd at 7:00 pm for a benefit concert held in the Wesley Auditorium for a concert full of awesome music and opportunities to serve. This concert will benefit Roanoke Rescue Mission and the To Our House homeless ministry. Our very own Wesley Singers and Faith Unshaken will be singing and playing, so save the date and invite all your friends Feb 2nd!! * Fredericksburg District Youth Retreat- Sign up for the retreat in the lobby! This February 15th-17th, Wesley will be leading a youth retreat for kids in middle and high school. Money from leading the youth retreat will go towards our funding for Spring Break! This retreat will be an awesome opportunity to provide service for and  worship with the youth of the Fredericksburg district. Be excited!

* Relay for Life- If you would like to participate in Virginia Tech’s Relay for Life on a team with the Wesley Foundation, go to vtrelay.org to sign up. The teams to join are: Wesley Foundation 1, Wesley Foundation 2, Wesley Foundation 3 and one more that we are still working on getting up and running. * Intramural Sports Sign-Ups!- If you are interested in playing Basketball, Wallyball, Innertube Waterpolo, Ultimate Frisbee, and/or Softball, please e-mail (wesleysports@gmail.com). Basketball and Wallyball Sign-ups are here. If you are interested, please shoot us an email telling us which sport, and whether you would like to play Mens/Womens and/or Coed. NO LEVEL OF SKILL IS REQUIRED. We just like to go out and have fun representing Jesus. And win.
