Our vision for Mission and Service at Wesley is to “be the hands and feet of Christ to the world.”  We desire to “Love Out Loud” by “Risking It All” to share God’s love with others.

This Spring (2013), The Wesley Foundation will be going to Alabama to work with Upper Sand Mountain Parish, to provide any work to homes in the area.  As anyone who went on last year’s trip will tell you, it is a LOT of fun! In addition to working on houses during the day, we have several opportunities to lead worship at local churches throughout the week. The Wesley Foundation participated in Relay for Life at Virginia Tech last year and continued our tradition of raising a lot of money for Cancer Research.  This year we are looking to raise even more money and to have more people involved.  It’s a remarkable event where everyone gathers together to raise awareness for cancer.  We will be setting up Wesley teams and will get you more information soon.

The Wesley Foundation has also participated in The Big Event, 30 Hour Famine and collecting cake mixes for The Christmas Store.
