As a Hokie, you’ll experience many new opportunities and meet lots of great new friends. Here at the Wesley Foundation at Virginia Tech, we want to make your college experience the best that it can be as you seek to explore, engage, and embody an active faith in God!
The Wesley Foundation is the United Methodist Campus Ministry at VT, although anyone is welcome regardless of religious affiliation. We offer many different activities in any given week. These activities include (but aren’t limited to): Bible study, Singers, social activities, Crossroads programs (our weekly Sunday night gatherings for worship), intramural sports, small groups, Praise and Worship band practice, mission and service activities, and so much more! We have a student led Sunday School at 9:30am every Sunday. We also meet at Wesley at 10:45 to walk to church services at Blacksburg United Methodist Church.
Wesley also does many different activities during the school year. For example, in the fall we get football tickets as a group and watch the home games together, as well as show away games on our 10 ft Wesley-tron screen.
Wesley is located on the corner of Roanoke & Otey St. For a map to Wesley, click on the “Directions” link under the Information menu on the left of the page.
Please browse through the rest of our website to learn more about Wesley! If you have any questions or if you just want to talk to someone, please don’t hesitate to send us an email! You can contact our Campus Minister Bret Gresham or the student President Minoka Gunesekera.
